Follansbee Internet/Phones

If you have been trying to call the Follansbee Public Library the past few days and are going to voicemail, be assured we are aware of the situation at our Branch. We are working heavily with the WV Office of Technology for them to figure out what is going on.


When we have no internet connection at our Branch, our phone lines are also affected due to the nature of what they are.


If you should need anything, please contact our Main Library 304-737-1551!

We hope to be up soon, but currently have no ETA.

Branch Closed Today 1/28/26

The Follansbee Library is closed today, 1/28/26. Due to the heavy snow removal, the City has been delayed and has not been able to dig us out yet. We also have community members parked in our parking

Due to the severity of backroads, we have many staff who are still digging themselves out. For the safety of them and our patrons we are closing. We will have no overdue fines for these two days so p
