The main location in Wellsburg will be closed on 2/22/22 due to a scheduled water outage that is slated to affect Main Street for 8 hours starting at 8 am.
Programs are therefore canceled (GeriFit, Cook by the Book Recipe Club, YA D&D)
Meetings scheduled for the Vincent or River Room usage have been canceled as well.
We are horribly sorry for the inconvenience and the unknown of the timeline for this city waterline upgrade project as it is making it hard to pre-plan for patron knowledge. The Branch in Follansbee will be opened from 11-6.
