Tax Season - It's here!

While we unfortunately don't have anyone present to help you with your taxes, we do have some resources for you.

If you visit our Helpful Links Page and scroll to the Section that has a heading of, Tax Links, you will see MyFreeTaxes. This is a legitimate site through the Federal Government and supported by United Way to bring you a free tax software.

Further, the Federal Trade Commission has excellent articles that help keep you informed. One of their latest, "The IRS doesn't send tax refunds by email or text," was just posted. Visit their site to read it!

Remember, both libraries in Brooke County have the tax forms that we receive annual from the Federal Government and the State in our front entryway vestibules!
