Dolly Parton's Imagination Library has been brought to Brooke County thanks to funding from the Wellsburg ELKS Lodge 1553, Brooke Hancock Family Resource Network, and the Brooke County Public Libraries as well funding we apply to from the United Way of the UOV.
This means your children who reside in Brooke County can receive a FREE book EVERY month from birth until their fifth birthday.
