Can't make it into one of our locations to fill out a form and/or pay for a letter?

Fill out the online form with all information requested

Then mail your payment (check made out to Friends of the BCPL), money order, etc.) to:
Brooke County Public Library
C/O Easter Letters
945 Main St.
Wellsburg, WV 26070

Letters will be on Easter Themed Stationery.

Letters will NOT be sent to the Friends by library staff until payment is received. This is a fundraiser for the Friends to benefit the library and their request is payment be completed before they receive them to process.

Submission will start February 26, 2024, The last day to send them in to guarantee they are processed and shipped on time is by 4 pm:

March 23, 2024.

After that, letters can no longer be ordered. 

$2.50 Per Letter

After that, we cannot guarantee they will be mailed in time/ be corrected if they are sent back.
Anything closer to the end of the time frame risks being later than Easter.

If you do not receive what you ordered, please let us know so we can contact our letter volunteer.
