You will visit businesses in downtown Wellsburg looking for pictures of art or things you use to make art? You might also receive a special treat at some of these businesses. We will also help you to register for the Summer Reading Program, enjoy a snack and have a special visit by BMS Therapy Dog "CLARA"!
