Can't make it into one of our locations to fill out the electronic form and/or pay? No worries!

Fill out the online form with all the information requested.

Then mail/drop off your payment (check (made out to Friends of the BCPL), money order, or cash) to:

Letters will be on Christmas-themed stationery. 

Submission will start November 17, 2025,

The last day to send them in to guarantee they are processed and shipped on time is by

7pm December 17, 2025.

 

Orders placed before Thanksgiving will not be sent out until after that Holiday. Mailings will be completed every Friday by the Friends.

$2.50 Per Letter

After that, they cannot guarantee they will be mailed in time/ be corrected if they are sent back.
Anything closer to the end of the time frame risks being later than Christmas.

If there is an issue and a letter bounces back without time for it to be corrected, an "after Christmas letter" is sent to the recipiant from Santa.

You can fill out the form and Library staff will flag it until payment arrives by mail/drop off.
