Library Legislation Day 2023

Our Director will be attending WVLA's Library Legistaiont Day downstate on February 13, 2023.

This gives libraries the opportunity to make our voices heard during the legislative sessions by showcasing what we have to offer, meeting with legislators one-on-one, and socializing with legislators in an informal setting.

The top priorities are Increased Funding and Facility Improvements, with some long-range goals: adequate funding, Certified Librarians, Simple Majority, and Accessible Broadband.
