April 2026 Board Meeting Time Change

We are aware of the penny shortage and the inability of many to get pennies from banks and other entities. None of our services' current charges have prices that would require pennies in your change. Branch Closed Today 1/28/26
The Follansbee Library is closed today, 1/28/26. Due to the heavy snow removal, the City has been delayed and has not been able to dig us out yet. We also have community members parked in our parking lot, who have not moved, which will delay a plow getting through our narrow lot. Please bear with us!
