Registered for a program and now you can't attend?

If you registered for a program and your plans have changed and you are unable to come, no worries. Consider calling us @ 304-737-1551 or by emailing us at bcpl@wvlc.lib.wv.us


This way it will allow another patron the ability to grab a slot for a program that may otherwise be closed to new registrants!
