Resume Tip #55 - Think About Training

Not sure how to describe your current job or one you've had in the past? Think about training! What was the job like when you first started? What tasks did you learn? If you were to have a new coworker shadow you, what job duties might they see you complete? If they asked you a question, what might that be?

Training is a huge part of preparing for any new job position of course. It's the basics and the bedrock of every job from pilot to sales clerk to computer programmer. Everyone receives training, and you might have even assisted with training a coworker at some point. If in fact training was a huge part of your job position at a place of employment, be sure to include that as well!

Thinking about training and building skills when you're wording your resume can help you be detailed in your descriptions and also give your potential employer an idea of how easy it could be to train you for a new spot!
