Public Repository

The libraries of Brooke County, and often many in the US, are sometimes considered Public Repositories. This means entities see our facilities as safe places for information to be shared for public access. It gets weeded and updated just like our normal collections.

As we wind down this year, here is a reminder that we have what we have - both digital & hard files- available for access via our page: https://www.brookecountylibs.org/helpful-links

Scroll to the bottom where it notes PUBLIC LIBRARY REPOSITORY FILES and you will see some of the items shared with us throughout the year.

Some files are hard copies only and can't leave the library premises. For a list of those click on the link on the site noted above that says: PUBLIC REPOSITORY FILE LIST
