Freedom to Read Week October 1-7, 2023

The American Library Association promotes the freedom to choose or the freedom to express one's opinions even if that opinion might be considered unorthodox or unpopular, and stresses the importance of ensuring the availability of those viewpoints to all who wish to read them.

Our Branch, Follansbee Public Library, will close early at 4pm today due to lack of staffing. Please forgive the inconvenience! Normal library operations will resume tomorrow at 10am on 12/7.

The Main Library may be without power at 3:30pm until 7pm. Neighbors of the library were notified which leads us to believe the main library will be affected, and the Wellsburg library will be closed
