Brooke County School Students - Sora App

Are you a Brooke County School Student and you don't have a library card?

Don't worry! A few years ago the Brooke County Public Libraries partnered with the Brooke County Schools to offer students access to our WVReads Consortium which provides eBooks,eAudiobooks, & eMagazines to students with the use of their student ID # ( aka WVEIS #.) Students/Parents may need to ask their teachers or school admin for their numbers if they are unsure.

This allows those students and their families who can't visit a brick-and-mortar location, to have access to digital ebooks easily.

Instead of downloading the Libby app, students download the Sora app. Sora offers the ability for students to explore age-appropriate digital books from the WVReads digital collection consortium that BCPL is a part of.
