Due to an outage in the Northern Panhandle, both library locations do not have Interent. As a result, the Branch also does not have phone service.

Branch Closed Today 1/28/26

The Follansbee Library is closed today, 1/28/26. Due to the heavy snow removal, the City has been delayed and has not been able to dig us out yet. We also have community members parked in our parking
