Penny Shortage

We are aware of the penny shortage and the inability of many to get pennies from banks and other entities.


None of our services' current charges have prices that would require pennies in your change. However, some of our replacement costs do.


As such, all of our replacement costs will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. Mailed bills may show an item corrected by hand.

Branch Closed Today 1/28/26

The Follansbee Library is closed today, 1/28/26. Due to the heavy snow removal, the City has been delayed and has not been able to dig us out yet. We also have community members parked in our parking
