Forms are at both the Main Location (Brooke Co Pub Lib- Wellsburg) and the Branch Location (Follansbee Pub Lib - Follansbee) in the vestibules by their respective front entrances.

Branch Closed Today 1/28/26

The Follansbee Library is closed today, 1/28/26. Due to the heavy snow removal, the City has been delayed and has not been able to dig us out yet. We also have community members parked in our parking
