The Brooke County Public Libraries worked with multiple entities over the years in order to make sure that Dolly Parton Imagination Library was brought back to Brooke County. In Early 2020, we kicked off access to the program in the ZIP code of 26070 with the funding help of the local ELK's Chapter in Wellsburg (1553). Our kick-off event was unfortunately canceled due to COVID, and we just kept on reading. Each year we also celebrate the Dolly Parton Read Aloud Day. For the f
