Welcome back!


We're ready to share another fun and easy recipe from one of our favorite reads this July! We're making Maami's Buckeyes from Amanda Flower's Cozy Mystery Peanut Butter Panic, an Amish Candy Shop series novel.


Let's get started...


Ingredients-

1 stick softened butter

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1 pound powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

12 oz pack of chocolate chips


Instructions-

  1. Blend butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar well.

  2. Roll into balls and chill overnight.

  3. Melt chocolate chips (preferrably in a double boiler).

  4. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using a toothpick in the center of the peanut butter balls.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!


What a simple and fun summer treat, right?
