New Updated Libby!

Some improvements were made last week with regard to Libby and the OverDrive website.
Here’s a recap of what’s changing per Overdrive: |
Libby and OverDrive library websites Today, in Libby and on OverDrive library websites, we’ve simplified how hold suspensions work. Now, users no longer select an end date for a hold suspension. Instead, a user will manually unsuspend a hold when they’re ready for it. |
In Libby, users with existing holds will see a notice letting them know about this change on their Holds screen. Users who don’t have holds will see the updated behavior if they choose to suspend a hold in the future. OverDrive library websites will not show a notice like this; users will simply see the updated behavior. |
Additionally:
Libby Help and OverDrive Help have been updated to reflect these changes. The hold-suspension videos on the Resource Center will be updated soon. |
